FollowingthissuccessLeopoldreceivedalotofinvitationsforthechildrentoplayforafee.LeopoldseizedtheopportunityandbookedasmanyconcertsaspossibleatcourtsthroughoutEurope.Aconcertcouldlastthreehoursandthechildrenplayedatleasttwoperaday.TodayLeopoldmightbeconsideredtheworstkindofstageparentbutatthetimeitwasnotuncommonforprodigiestomakeextensiveconcerttours.Evensoitwasanexhaustingscheduleforachildwhowasjustpasttheageofneedinganafternoonnap.
